Sun Ocean Realty has two plans to choose from:

The Beach Plan is a monthly membership for $59.99. It pays 100% on your sale transactions. On rentals/leases we pay 100% minus a $59.99 transaction fee. 

The Coast Plan has no monthly membership fee. It pays a 90/10 split on all Sale and Rental Transactions. There is a $99 annual fee paid upon sign up. The annual fee is then charged every year on the date you signed up. 

If Sun Ocean provides you the customer, we pay 60%. You are not obligated to take customers from us, but it’s an option that is open if you do not have your own leads to work on. 

No you do not have to be part of your local MLS Realtor Association. 

However we highly recommend joining it as it comes with many benefits. 

Sun Ocean Realty has a fully functional online agent office. You can upload transaction documents, request commissions, order marketing materials, watch training videos, chat with the broker and more all through the mobile agent online office.  Coming to the office for floor time is not required. We do offer meeting rooms if you have to meet a customer for any reason. However, we find that most of our agents utilize the agent online office instead of driving to the office.
